TMF Masterclass – Course Terms

Registration and payment
Your seat is confirmed once payment is received. Registration for the founding cohort closes January 27, 2027, or when all 8 seats are filled. If your organization is paying by invoice, the invoice must be paid by January 26, 2027 to hold your seat.

Pricing
The founding rate of $995 applies to registrations through December 18, 2026. From December 19, 2026 through January 27, 2027, the rate is $1,195. Organizations registering 2 or more participants together receive 10% off each seat.

Minimum enrollment
The course runs with a minimum of 3 participants. If minimum enrollment isn’t reached by January 27, 2027, you may choose a full refund or a seat in the next cohort.

Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel for a full refund through January 26, 2027. After that, refunds aren’t available, but you may transfer your seat to a colleague or move to the next cohort. To cancel or transfer, email info@iceconsultingllc.com.

Schedule changes
If a session needs to be rescheduled, participants will be notified as early as possible, and the session will be offered on a new date and recorded.

Recordings and privacy
Sessions are recorded. Recordings are available only to participants of this cohort for 60 days after the final session and are never shared publicly. ICE Consulting may keep recordings to improve the course. No participant’s name, voice or image will be used outside the cohort without written permission.

Confidentiality
Discussion is encouraged, but please don’t share confidential or proprietary information about your company, sponsors, service providers or studies. Examples should be anonymized.

Course materials
All course materials are the property of ICE Consulting LLC and are provided for your personal professional use. Please don’t copy, share or redistribute them without permission.

Certificate of completion
A certificate is issued to participants who complete all four sessions, live or by recording.
